Sun 23-02 : Tinnie Wins

Australian Michael “Tinnie” Handley was on top form on Sunday night to win our 9 Ball Competition.

Playing here for just the second time, and from a total entry of 31, he was undefeated all night long through six matches to claim the 1st Prize of 5500 baht.

In the final he beat Daniel Hult from Sweden, 3-4 in racks (race 3-7 with ball spot on 8) and his handicap moves up to A+4 as a result.

Daniel, playing his first tournament here for almost a year, played some high quality pool to reach the final before finding the handicap too much against our winner, and took home 3000 baht for his efforts.

Local Thai Bas Thana Moolsuk and Nicolas Haddad from Lebanon both played well to reach the semi-finals, collecting 1500 baht each.
