Xmas Scotch Doubles : Peter+Tor Win

9 BALL SCOTCH DOUBLES – FRIDAY 27th DECEMBER : PETER AND TOR ARE CHAMPIONS.

Friday night saw another memorable 9 Ball Scotch Doubles tournament to start our Xmas High Roller Weekend.

The 6th edition of this type smashed our previous high attendance of 26, with a fantastic entry of 38 teams taking their chance.

The lower end of the handicap scale again had the edge, although the highest handicapped pair on the night did make it to the final.

Congratulations go to all the winners, with the pairing of Peter Nielsen from Denmark and Tor-Arne Fenes from Norway going all the way to the 1st Prize of 30000 baht, beating Vesa “Snake” Kulmala and myself in the deciding rack of the final.

Tor has now got a 100% strike rate in our Scotch Doubles events, winning two from two. His other success was in the 1st event in February when he partnered Finland’s Miikka Karila to victory.
