Petri Tamminen from Finland is our 10 Ball Champion for this week.
From an excellent turn out of 30 players from 13 different countries, he defeated Scotland’s Tom Rooney in Tuesday night’s final by 6 racks to 2 (race 6-5).
Both players showed an impressive level of play throughout the evening to reach the final, but it was Tammi who was the stronger of the two when it mattered most to claim victory and pocket the 1st Prize of 5000 baht.
His handicap is now increased to A+10 as a result.
Consolation for Tom as Runner-Up was in the form of 3000 baht prize money.
England’s Paul Butcher and Gerhard Schebler from Germany both reached the semi-finals, taking home 1500 baht each.
Champion : Tammi (A+9) – 5000 baht.
Runner-Up : Tom (A+8) – 3000 baht.
Semi-finals : Paul (A+11) and Gerhard (A+3) – 1500 baht each.
Quarter-finals : Andy Hall (A+5), Stig Berntsen (A+4), Andy OGrady (A+3) and Peter Pellack (A+1) – 500 baht each.
The Player Auction Prize Fund totalled 27900 baht and was won by Colin Cooke.
He paid 1300 for our winner, and they shared the 1st Payout of 8100.
1st : Colin (Tammi) – 8100 baht.
2nd : Markus Nolberczak (Tom) – 6000 baht.
Equal 3rd : Fon (Paul) and Colin (Gerhard) – 3000 baht each.
Equal 5th : Mike B (Andy H), Me (Stig), Adam Lux (Andy), and Tommy (Peter) – 1600 baht each.
