Thurs 02-08 : James Wins


Congratulations go to England’s James Hayes for winning our 9 Ball Competition on Thursday night.

From a total entry of 17 players from 9 different countries he played very well all night long to go undefeated through five consecutive matches and pocket the 1st Prize of 4000 baht.

In the final he comfortably beat Canada’s “Bryan” Randy Seib by 5 racks to 1 (race to 5) and his handicap now moves up to A+4 as a result.

Bryan also played well to reach the final in his first competition back after a four month break, and took home 2000 baht in 2nd Place.

Damir Muholjic from Sweden reached his second semi-final in the space of 48 hours, along with Germany’s Daniel Levadi, and they each collected 1000 baht.

Champion : James (A+3) – 4000 baht.
Runner-Up : Bryan (A+3) – 2000 baht.
Semi-finals : Daniel (A+8) and Damir (A+6) – 1000 baht each.

The Player Auction Prize Fund totalled 18300 baht and was won by James’ friend Damir.

He paid 1400 baht for our champion, and they shared the 1st Payout of 7300.

1st (40%) : Damir (James) – 7300 baht.
2nd (30%) : Adam Lux (Bryan) – 5400 baht.
Equal 3rd (15%) : Johnny Whitley (Daniel) and Jim Stoole (Damir) – 2800 baht each.
